We started this day not knowing where our session was going to be at. We had just found out the wildflower spot we had planned on had been mowed down. It was back to the drawing board. Mom was torn between the beach and flowers so we went with this spot, hoping for a bit of both and it absolutely did not disappoint. I wish I could reserve partly cloudy days for all photoshoots. Every time I’m doing a session and I see those cotton candy skies appearing during sunset, I get giddy. This session was no exception. Add in a touch of wildflowers, adorable kids, a playful dad, and an absolutely stunning mom with a bump, and I was like a kid in a candy store taking photos of this family.
